MAUS-TEC ELECTRONICS LIMITED 1 YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Maus-Tec Electronics (Maus-Tec LLC; Manufacturer). This Limited Warranty applies only to physical goods manufactured by Maus-Tec Electronics (Maus-Tec Products).

The Manufacturer agrees, at its option during the Warranty Period, to repair or to furnish a repaired or refurbished equivalent product in exchange without charge (except for any applicable shipping, handling, packing, or return postage fees, which may be charged to the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by providing the original invoice or receipt showing the matching device model name or model number, SKU, or UPC.

SCOPE OF COVERAGE

During the Warranty Period, Maus-Tec Electronics will repair or replace, at no charge, Maus-Tec Products or parts of a Maus-Tec Product that are defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance by the customer. This warranty does not apply to any items which were purchased from, but not manufactured by, Maus-Tec Electronics. Such products may have their own manufacturer’s warranty.

DURATION OF COVERAGE

The Warranty Period for Maus-Tec Products is 1 (one) year from the date of purchase, as shown on the original receipt or invoice. Any replacement Maus-Tec Product or repair of such a product assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product, or 30 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not include coverage for any of the following:

• Any condition resulting from use for which the product was not intended
• Use which may exceed any stated limitations of the product
• Any condition resulting from the incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, alterations, or accidents
• Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse
• Normal wear and tear
• Corrective work necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than an authorized Maus-Tec Electronics service technician

CLAIMS PROCESS

Claims for defective products must be made within the Warranty Period. Claims for any missing parts must be made within 7 days after the product is received. Any claim for defective merchandise must be returned with any additional requested items. If a specific list of items was not provided, please return all product components you received with your purchase. Maus-Tec Electronics will specify where to send your products for repair.

Pictures or other supporting documentation may be required to claim a defect, along with a copy of the original receipt or invoice as documented above. Additionally, Maus-tec Electronics may request additional information to help diagnose and troubleshoot the issue, and may provide immediate remedies in lieu of returning any products, should these remedies apply to the claim.

OBTAINING SERVICE

Customers should contact Maus-Tec Electronics with any concerns about product defects, including details of the issue, photographs, or video, as well as any steps which may have already been taken to troubleshoot the problem. The customer is responsible for packaging products in a suitable manner for shipping. Maus-Tec Electronics accepts no liability for items which are lost or misplaced in shipment, or items which are further damaged beyond the initial reported claim.
