If you are not entirely satisficed with your purchase, we're here to help.
Most items in this store are made to order, and cannot be returned once they are completed. This especially applies to the Sex Tech products. Some special circumstances may be taken into account.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may be asked to provide photos of the damages or do some simple home tests to fix common start up issues.
Damages that we do not cover:
- Any alterations made by the customer
- Any damages occurring from renting out of the device or commercial use
- Conditions resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents
- Dissatisfaction due to buyers remorse
Returns and Refunds
Sex Tech products which were not Made to Order (the build queue) and were purchased for immediate (in-stock) shipping can only be returned if the item is unused and the return is started within 24 hours of the item being delivered to the customer. The item will be required to be shipped back in the original packaging with all accompanying documents and accessories also in their original packaging. The customer assumes all return shipping costs. Once Mau-Tec has received the item it will be inspected for tampering, if none is found then the refund will be started. There is a 20% restocking fee on all items that are returned after having been sent out.
Items which were manufactured by Maus-Tec Electronics through our Made to Order (build queue) offerings cannot be returned once they have been delivered to the customer. Your Made to Order product must be cancelled before the order is completed (see Order Cancellation) below. Full warranty service still applies to these items.
We do not accept returns for any sex toys, apparel, bondage equipment or other such items that have not been made by our company. If you encounter issues with these other items, please contact the manufacturer using the information provided for you on the item's packaging.
Order Cancellation
If your order has not yet been sent out and you would like a refund, there will be a standard 15% order cancellation fee to offset the costs that were occurred in processing the order. Regardless of the reason for the cancellation, this 15% will be deducted from your order total. (This does not apply to shipping costs.)
All refunds will be initiated to the customers credit card or the original method of payment. The credit will appear within a certain amount of days which depends on the card issuer's policies or other payment providers policies. Maus-Tec does not have a way to track this wait time.
Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
