It has come to our attention that one of our suppliers for AC Wall Adapters no longer meets our standards. Orders for Edge-o-Matic 3000 devices which shipped between February 9th 2023 to April 26th 2023 could have included a power supply from this manufacturer.

If your power supply looks like the one in the image below, please immediately discontinue using it and send us an email with your current shipping address and order number. We will be providing a new one to you free of charge.
The defect we have discovered is rare: If the power supply is tilted and pulled out at an angle, the prongs of the plug can break free from the power supply and remain in the electric outlet. This is an electric shock hazard. If this happens, please DO NOT touch the exposed metal pin. Immediately disconnect electricity to the outlet before attempting to remove any metal object stuck within. Note that in the event of surge protectors or switched outlets, switching off the power may not be sufficient to disconnect the output fully, those devices must be unplugged before considered fully off.
Though this issue is unlikely, it is not up to our standards at Maus-Tec to provide such a product. Going forward, we will locate a better supplier, and ensure that each order we receive is exactly the same vetted product we sampled when we first evaluated those manufacturers.
Orders that were not shipped within this time frame are not affected. All faulty power supplies have been removed from production.
This will be a free replacement and cost nothing. Thank you for your understanding.
