We can not directly ship to the European Union due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) changes. We are waiting to finalize details with an Authorized Representative within Europe.

You can try to put in an order with a Proxy Service aka International Parcel Forwarding Service of your choice. If you are unable to view the Edge-o-Matic 3000 listing page, then you may need to use an IP address outside of the EU.

This special EU FAQ webpage will be removed when you can order an Edge-o-Matic 3000 or Mercury 1000 directly to an EU address. At the moment, we do not have a time frame for how long this may take. We are very sorry.
